We were very pleased with the results of our job. Very professional and timely.
We have a white pool cage and white marble pavers. The pool cage, gutters, and soffit needed to be cleaned badly after 2.5yrs of build up of organic green and dark gray materials. We were nervous to clean the cage due to the underlying pool cage and pavers and we are so glad we used Cool Breeze. Plants were covered, pool cage looks like it was just installed, and our home looks much cleaner with the gutter/soffit all going back to white. Thank you so much Mike!
I cannot say enough about the incredible job Mike did! I had just moved into my new home, and honestly, I was embarrassed to have friends come over because the driveway, sidewalks, and walkways were so dirty and neglected that they made the entire house look almost abandoned. The transformation is remarkable. Everything looks fresh, clean, and completely different. It honestly changed the appearance of the whole property. He was fast, professional, and extremely meticulous. What impressed me even more was that he went above and beyond what we had originally agreed upon, cleaning additional areas simply because he saw they needed attention. That kind of pride in your work is hard to find. I’m including before-and-after photos because they speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Mike without hesitation. Absolutely outstanding work!
My son researched local pressure washing companies and found Cool Breeze as a standout. The 5 star reviews were 100% accurate. Called Mike on a Friday, he came over the next day and had an estimate to us by Monday. Mike was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. The roof was cleaned quickly and thoroughly, removing all buildup and leaving it looking like new. He was very personable as well and took great care to clean up any debris that fell off the roof. We will continue to work with him in the future. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality power washing.
Mike and his sister did a fantastic job soft cleaning my roof! My primary concerns were a clean roof and no damage. I've had other services and many times they will cause damages in the form of slipped or cracked tiles. Mike was aware of my concerns and in addition to being very thorough, was obviously a seasoned pro at walking a tile roof. They also covered and watered the landscaping. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using him from now on! Highly recommend!
I was hesitant to even hire anyone to pressure wash my roof and sidewalk since it had been so long since they were pressure washed and wasn't sure if it would even look good. Found Cool Breeze online and Mike gave me a quote right away (was competitive with other quotes I received). He showed up the day and time we scheduled and did an outstanding job. The 25 year old roof now looks brand new and the sidewalks and driveway look great! Couldn't be happier. We were having a big party a few days later and I was very proud of how the outside of our house looked. Very happy with how it turned out.
I am happy with cleaning service provided by Cool Breeze Premier Pressure washing. They are very professional and did good job on cleaning of my swimming pool deck
First time customer. We had our patio powerwashed. Mike did a fantastic job. He is even coming back to clean our gutters. We are very happy with the results and the price was super affordable. So glad we found Mike!
I have been using Cool Breeze for well over a decade. Mike always does a wonderful job. My deck always looks great afterwards. The lower pressure chemical wash is much superior to a straight pressure wash. My pavers look great when he finishes his wash. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Cool Breeze.
Mike from Cool Breeze Premier Pressure Washing did a great job on our driveway and sidewalk. He showed up on time and was a true professional. I was very impressed by his quality of work and plan to use him again in the future.
